We were without heat and they sent someone to our house within 2 hours. The guys were beyond professional and extremely helpful in explaining things to us. They even fixed our thermostat and explained that process to us. They were super quick on the repair, very clean, and so friendly. We will definitely be using them in the future. I can’t thank them enough for helping us get our furnace fixed at the best possible price! We are so happy with this company!!
Switched to Patriot Mechanical Heating and Cooling after being a 22 year customer with Burton Sheet Metal.(The story is long and costly). Patriot worked with us patiently and respectfully on issues with our HVAC system. I can’t say enough about their excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor and make the switch you won’t be sorry!

My husband and I can't recommend Patriot Mechanical Heating & Cooling highly enough!!! Jerry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, dependable and very friendly. He installed a ducted mini split system with ceiling diffusers in five rooms upstairs (plus the hallway), as well as a ductless AC system in our living room that services the entire downstairs. We are SO happy with how it all turned out. It was 10000% worth every penny (and he's very competitive when it comes to pricing too). Jerry's service is top notch and goes far beyond what is expected. Several months after our new AC system was installed and the invoice was fully paid, he even took the extra time to provide guidance on some built-in cabinet designs to ensure the AC system would continue to function properly. Thank you Jerry and the Patriot team!! You are awesome!
Was recommended by a friend who said they had repeated great experiences and so did I! Very timely response, I called at 5 pm expecting a return call the next morning and received one at 7pm that same evening. Was quoted for a new furnace and the tech answered all of my questions and explained his recommendations. The new furnace was ordered installed within a week! Very economical and professional, highly recommended.
